Indian Peaks is located in Fraser, CO in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. We are only minutes away from hiking, downhill mountain biking, fishing, & Rocky Mountain National Park in the summer as well as downhill skiing, tubing, snowshoeing, & cross country trails, during the winter.

Grand County as a whole is a gem. It has a friendly, local atmosphere and vibe. The county itself is the size of Rhode Island with plenty to explore. During the summer season there are music, art, and food festivals aplenty. Come winter we are host to world renown skiing and other outdoor snowy activities like snowmobiling, tubing, snowshoeing, and dog sled rides to name a few.
