Julie Hill and Allison Jurgens team up to deliver an immersion into the world of chakra energy! The chakras represent the seven primary energy centers. When aligned, the chakras offer a soul agency to move throughout life with purpose, depth, intention and connection. We understand how our energy ebbs and flows, meshes with others, and impacts our actions and outcomes.
Your energy body plays a powerful role in how you think, feel, and move through the world. When your energy is flowing freely, you experience clarity, vitality, and connection. When it’s blocked or imbalanced, it can show up as emotional overwhelm, self-doubt, physical tension, or lack of purpose.
In this workshop, we’ll explore the seven Chakra energy centers as a practical pathway toward greater balance and transformation. You’ll learn how each Chakra influences your physical body, emotional patterns, and overall sense of well-being.
This is an opportunity to understand, explore and rebalance your energy system through embodied practices that bring awareness and flow back into your body. With energetic balance in mind, our day will incorporate:
• Education: Chakra energy & influences
• Movement: Yoga & Sound Healing
• Ayurveda insight into daily routines
• Balancing practices for home
Come as you are. Leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more aligned. Bring a pen, journal, and water bottle. We’ll provide light snacks, beverages, lunch and all necessary equipment. Dress in comfy attire and bring weather appropriate clothing for the short hike.

11:45 – 12:45 p.m. Ayurveda Recommendations for Balancing Foods, Breathwork and Essential Oils
12:45 – 1:00 p.m. – Closing & Departure
