The Grand County Historical Association was founded in 1974. Its purpose is to preserve the history, historical artifacts and historical buildings in Grand County, Colorado. The Association has five museums: the Kauffman House Museum, Pioneer Village Museum, Kremmling Heritage Park, Cozens Ranch Museum and Stage Shop and the Moffat Road Rail Road Museum.
