The day after Thanksgiving is Opening Day for our 2026/2027 Holiday Season! Our Railroad Interpretive Center features a Shay locomotive, a derrick, and numerous cabooses. Additionally, we have two model train exhibits: Colorado’s largest permanent Christmas Train O scale display and also an authentic HO scale Moffat Road representation.
New this season: Come aboard the Family Train Ride — All ages welcome! Cost is $4/person/ride with paid museum admission.
Museum admission: Adults 17+ years $10, Seniors/Military $7, Children 5-16 years $4 and Children under 5 years FREE.
