Solstice celebrates Octoberfest with chef prepared Wienerschnitzel and Braised Shanks. The Bistro closes in November and our Sister Company, Wild Horse Catering, prepares the smoked and butter roasted fresh turkey dinners for pick up. The Bistro reopens for the winter season on the first Wednesday of December. 4:30 to 5:30 Happy Hour and dinner service 5:00 to 9:00 Wednesday thru Saturday. We are open Christmas and New Years, Valentines Day and the Bistro is available for Private Parties on Sundays.
