Solstice Bistro is open under the ownership of Tito Nieto and Sioux Kuglitsch and is now open year-round. Our Bistro offers an intimate dining experience with a seasonally driven menu.  Elevated dishes from ski resort towns around the globe are plated elegantly and served with expertly crafted cocktails. You are sure to enjoy our sustainably sourced products and chef driven menu for the ultimate dining experience. We are happy to satisfy the special diets of vegans & those with allergies.

Do You Need Help Planning Your Next Event?

Solstice hosts private parties in the restaurant and outdoor events at the Fraser Ponds Gazebo behind the restaurant and our event coordinator can guide you through the event planning process. We also work with Sister Company Wild Horse Catering.
