The Grand County Colorado Tourism Board (GCCTB) has unveiled a new way for visitors to explore the rich history and stunning beauty of the area with the launch of the Grand County TravelStorys Tour on the award-winning TravelStorys mobile app. This free, self-guided audio tour brings the captivating stories of Grand County’s modern West to life as travelers drive, walk or bike through the area.
Users can listen on-site with automatic GPS triggering or enjoy the full tour remotely in a podcast-style format for trip planning. The tour features high-quality audio, text and images that offer a deep dive into the region's past. Web links to the places and topics mentioned in the tour are included in the story text.
Highlights of the Grand County TravelStorys Tour include:
· The engineering marvel of the Moffat Tunnel.
· The evolution of Winter Park Ski Resort.
