Date/Time
Jun 5 – Jun 7

Location:
203 Park Ave
Kremmling, CO 80459

Join us for a community-driven event rooted in purpose, remembrance, and personal challenge. Inspired by the legendary Murph Workout, the event brings together athletes, supporters, and spectators for a day dedicated to honoring fallen service members while pushing physical and mental limits.

At the heart of the event is the Murph Workout, a benchmark fitness challenge consisting of a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, and a final 1-mile run; Often performed while wearing a weighted vest. Created in honor of Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy, this workout is widely recognized as one of the most demanding and meaningful challenges in the fitness community.

Participants can expect:

  • A scalable workout experience suitable for all fitness levels
  • Structured heats and organized flow for participants
  • A supportive, high-energy atmosphere driven by community and shared effort
  • Opportunities to honor veterans and active-duty service members
  • Community elements such as raffles, vendors, and local engagement

The experience doesn’t end when the workout is over. The following day, participants are invited to continue the weekend with a self-defense seminar, focused on practical skills, situational awareness, and real-world application. This session offers a hands-on opportunity to build confidence, learn effective techniques, and further connect with the community in a more instructional setting.

No matter if it’s your first Murph, you’re aiming for a personal best, or you’re diving into the self-defense seminar, Murph on the Rock is here to push your limits, enhance your mindset, and help you feel part of a greater community. Let’s rise together!
