Marketing Update
Lesley provided an update covering agency management, media management, campaign creative execution, reporting and analysis, photo/video assets, and the website build.
Madden will attend the October 28th BOCC meeting to present return on ad spend results.
Year-to-date highlights include website support and SEO, SEO-driven content execution, and email marketing updates.


Campaign Highlights
August campaign delivered 1.3 million impressions and 16.1K CTR.
Expedia campaign boosted CTR to the website.


Strategic Approach
Focus on Google SEM, Meta boosted posts, and Expedia buy.
Campaigns are being optimized through keyword adjustments, monitoring of social comments, and boosting organic Meta posts.
The Expedia campaign went live in August; the Fall SEM and local campaign launched in September.

Performance Metrics
Google SEM: 32,601 total clicks, with an average CTR of over 5%.
Meta Prospecting: 38,262 total clicks; 1.43% average CTR.
Meta Remarketing: 24,397 total clicks; 3.36% CTR.

Shelby will provide Megan with fonts and a color style sheet to maintain consistency with the Madden’s marketing materials.
