Join us for a trail ride into the high country, returning to a meal under the open sky. A gourmet dinner cooked over open fire in cast iron and Dutch oven by local chef, Amber Donaldson. It’s time to experience a western evening of horseback riding, good company, a lovely meal and 360 degree views of the Fraser Valley. Limited to 12 guests.
The family-style menu features a wild game and cheese grazing board, a vibrant garden salad with scratch-made vinaigrette, a choice of braised brisket, roasted chicken, or stuffed peppers served with sweet potatoes and cornbread, and a fresh fruit cobbler topped with flowers for dessert.
