In this beginner-friendly silversmithing workshop, students will create a handcrafted spinner ring while learning foundational metalsmithing techniques. Over three hours, participants will form a wide band, size and shape their spinner bands, and complete the ring with professional finishing techniques. Rings are created using jewelers brass for the wide band, with sterling silver or copper spinner accents. A sterling silver wide band upgrade is available at the beginning of class for an additional fee. No prior experience is required, and each student will leave with a finished ring and practical skills to build on.
