Visitors and residents alike already love Grand County for its incredible winter sledding and tubing experiences, and now they’re sure to fall in love all over again with the new summer tubing hill in Granby, which opened for the fist time in summer 2015.

Grand County’s 300-foot-long summer tubing hill, located at Snow Mountain Ranch, is just the third of its kind in the country, and the first ever in the state!

So how do you go tubing without the powder? An incredible technology called Snowflex® that simulates a snowy turf surface is draped and installed down a rolling hill, then misted with water. After that, it’s smooth sailing for tubers of all ages!

The Snow Mountain Ranch summer tubing hill is equipped with all the luxuries—a conveyer belt to give you a lift to the top, experienced operators, concessions, restrooms, and protective equipment are all included in your summer tubing experience; just don’t forget your sunscreen!
