About The Event

Come join in for this popular activity every Sunday morning throughout the summer.  Classes are a variety of offerings including yoga, tai chi, Pilates, etc.  Expert local instructors will guide you through the moves at spectacular Hideaway Park in downtown Winter Park.   All levels welcome!
