Thanksgiving Dining at the Ranch
Take Thanksgiving to new heights and let Devil’s Thumb Ranch’s culinary team indulge you and your family at this annual Ranch tradition. Options include five seatings for Heck’s Grand Thanksgiving Buffet or a special four-course pre-fixe menu and tableside service at Ranch House Restaurant. The Grand Buffet features more than 25 items, including the Ranch’s famed Butternut squash soup, carving stations (turkey, prime rib, roasted ham), colors of Colorado, quinoa and marinated tomato salads, traditional sides with contemporary twists, locally cured cheeses and meats, artisan breads and biscuits, and Chef Taylor’s dessert display. Ranch House Restaurant’s Thanksgiving dinner is a specially prepared four-course menu, featuring an elegant Ahi Tuna Poke first course, Winter Green Salad and then choice of entrée including Bison Ribeye, Roasted Wild Turkey and Pan Roasted Snapper with ranch inspired and seasonal accompaniments. The finale includes pumpkin or chocolate indulgences.
