Awaken and prepare your body for a beautiful Sunday on the mountain or for your drive back home. Join a rotating cast of local yoga instructors for a calm and rejuvenating FREE one-hour yoga session, specifically designed with skiers, boarders, and travelers in mind.
We welcome yogis of all ages and skill levels. Our instructors are excellent at making all the classes simple and fun with challenging variations for more practiced yogis. Class starts at 7:30 AM on Sundays in the Hill House, located near the Vintage Hotel. Mats are provided, but there is a limited supply.
Yoga is from December 3 through March 25, excluding December 24.
